I am very glad that you liked the pictures!
The 3 planes in the second picture, are T-2E Buckeyes. They are training aircrafts, but can aslo be used armed.
Greece was beside Venezuela, the only other user of this great plane. If I am correct, Venezuela and the USA don´t use them anymore, so Greece is the only coountry in the world, where you can see a 60es/70es USN aircraft carrier group
The T-2 will be replaced in the next 5 years most probably with the Aermacchi M-346.
The Dakota, is the only one still active in the HAF. It is now part of the Historic Flight, but is regularly use for normal transport duties.
The F-4E are upgraded with new radar and weapons and will soldier on, at least until 2015-18.
The recce Phantoms will be replaced in the next years, by F-16´s with recce pods ...
The A-7 are the last ones active in the world. They will be replaced either by F-16´s or Eurofighter´s.
If you have any other question regarding the HAF, please ask!!!
Regards
Marcus
