I just thought I would add a new posting to the English Form I am new to TAME but not new to the virtual skies of Ecuador. In using flight simulator to learn about aviation I made a random decision to fly to Cuenca with my 727 and made a perfect landing. The next day I filled up the tanks and payload and started rolling down the runway on a return trip. I could not get the plane to lift off from the runway and of course it was due to the altitude which reduced the aircrafts performance...'I learned about flying from that'. I began to use the performance data and fly with charts learning all the SID and STAR for the Ecuador aiports. I found Ecuador to have the most variety of challenges in the smallest of areas with high altitude airports including over water flights to the Galapagos. It is in the virtual skies of Ecuador I learned to fly.

As I like to fly the 'old' birds the 737-200 and 727-200 I will be adding some history to the pages of the form and will post a picture from time to time.

See below my first flight for TAME..a night departure from Quito to Cuenca.

I just joined TAME virtual as well an am very excited about it. I lived in Riobamba teaching English in the year of 2009 and am very excited I found this virtual airline. I never had the opportunity to fly TAME, but I'm exited to fly with all of you guys. Ecuador is a beautiful country with unbelievable landscape and terrific people. I hope you all have had a merry christmas and all the best for 2011.

Saludos,

Orman

Thanks Nico! Two quick question. Is it possible to fly a different aircraft than the turbo prob that TAME virtual uses? I fly FSX and prefer a virtual cockpit. I have the flight 1 atr in a TAME livery. Also, how do I get my flight hours transfered from my last VA and VATSIM to TAME virtual?

Gracias

For transfer your hours send me an email with a photo or link when I can see your total hours and we will see how many transfer to your Tame Virtual account according to our rules.

About first question, not for now until Tame gets their news ATR for domestic routes.

De nada :)
